For the Baselbieter Labour Market and Economic Forum (BAWF) 2026, we produced three teaser films on the topic of «Leadership in Times of Change». To introduce the panel guests, we visited the regional companies for half a day each, conducted interviews with the managing directors and filmed supplementary B-roll footage. From this material, three short portraits were created, offering viewers an authentic insight into the personalities and companies before the panel discussion. Among those featured were Nora Fehlbaum (Vitra), Tina Müller (Weleda), and Miriam Baumann (Läckerli Huus).
